This shop is very clean, and the employees are very friendly. I have taken my car here 2-3 times now and have had no issues. They did a great job on my new tires and brakes! Feels like I have a brand-new car! The front desk team is knowledgeable. Thank you!

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!! THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTEGRITY!!! Avoid at all cost. If by any chance you don’t heed my warning; BE SURE to take photos of your car INSIDE AND OUT. Maybe even UNDER if you can.

They Broke my center console at some point during fixing my vehicle. And in order to cover it up when I picked up my car , they placed my steering wheel lock (that was on the passenger side floor when I dropped it off) on top of the center console to hold it down so it wouldn’t open in its own. When I called the shop after noticing, the worker said she checked with the 2 mechanics and manager who worked on my car and they said they didn’t do it because there was no reason for them to open it. I advised that my center console was surely not broken before I dropped it off and that someone was being dishonest. The lady said that “because she’s known them for years” there’s no possible way they would lie. This conversation basically ended in them saying because I didn’t have proof that it was fine beforehand, they would not take the liability. I lost my cool and told them I hope karma gets them REALLY good (which now that I’ve cooled down, my apologies. God will handle you all eventually, however he sees Fit). But all and all this would have been a simple and cheap fix. Its really the principle and lack of integrity that saddens me the most. If they’ll lie about something this little then I’m SURE they are definitely lying and scheming about much worse. Steer clear from this shop!

The worker who checked me in was cool, but when I told him of the issues that I was having, he pretty much said that they would get it fixed, but there would be a two hour wait. I booked my appointment online for 11am to just get the engine splash guard replaced (I had put that it needed replacing on the online comments for the appointment) all they did was literally put a clip back on and sent me on my way. Even though it needed to be replaced since it's literally broken. They charged me almost $50 (labor costs) to put a single clip on it. I could've done that myself and saved me over $50. They were supposed to replace it since it broke off the car itself. So now the panel has a massive hole in it that wouldn't be there, if they replaced it like I asked. I feel like I was swindled out of money.... I can see the cost being that if they replaced it, along with the labor costs. But to just "fix" a busted splash guard with a clip to hold it? They had me wait over 2 hours, charged me over $50, just for a freakin clip and not the replacement that was actually needed? Somethings wrong here

I came to get my breaks done because they quoted me a good price. My wife dropped the car off at 8am and the car was ready at 1:30. My wife paid the $570 over the phone and they told me the card was declined, yet the money was out of our account. They told us to call our bank so we did and our bank told us that the payment went through! They wouldn’t give me back my car without an additional payment of $570. The manager told us he can’t guarantee that we will get our money back from the first payment but he wasn’t giving my car back with out more money. We paid $1142 for rear breaks at pep boys.

Misdiagnosed our Van on May 21st 2024. NO REFUND on out of pocket expenses. We trusted their engine check. After transporting our Van, car rental, flights & Uber, we had our Pep Boys run the same test. NOTHING WRONG! "Not a blown head gasket" & No refund as tolded by Dwayne Duncan. Our 50th anniversary trip stopped by THEIR mistake.

Unfortunately, I have to change my review from 5 to 1, because after paying when picking up my car, they told me my payment was “declined” and I would have to be charged again. When I contacted my bank, my bank told me that pep boys had accepted my payment and I should request a refund with them. After going back and forth with my bank, pep boys costumer service, as well as the manager in the store, the manager told me that he could not refund me the first payment and I was stuck paying the 1k (originally only supposed to be $500) or he would not return my car to me. I am shocked at the 180 customer service I received from the morning when I dropped of my car alone to the terrible service my wife and I received when we picked up the car. This place is shady and a scam.

Bobby was so helpful and kind. He heard my concerns and was a true professional. Had Boy Recovery Towing was so good as well and was there as soon as he got the dispatch call. I would go through Pep Boys again and use them to arrange my tow as well.
