We have used Peritus Energy and Water for many years with excellent service and well sourced prices for Gas and Electricity, They offer a friendly, efficient service, have a great understanding of the energy market and always obtain the best possible rates.

We recently had an issue with a 'bogus' caller who mislead a member of staff into agreeing a new contract with our current supplier when the current one expires. The rates were exceptionally high but because of the 'verbal 'agreement the supplier had issued a new contact. I brought this to the attention of Peritus and they investigated and after much chasing by themselves they managed to have the contract cancelled. The understanding, help and work from Simon and Chris was outstanding and saved our business a massive increase in Electricity costs for the next 3 years. Would certainly recommend
Peritus Energy.

It is so nice when you get more than you expect! The Peritus team have really "held our hand" since we started as a business, when we inherited a tricky "out of contract" situation with electricity and gas suppliers. They negotiated and advised us on new contracts and then when the suppliers themselves were in disarray Peritus stepped back in and found better alternatives for us. They also vetted invoices, found we had been overcharged and resolved it. Great service.
