Do not get a car from Volkswagen, my car is just over 2 years old and I’ve had nothing but problems with it. 2 major issues and breakdowns in the last 6 months and no courtesy car available to get to work! I’ve never been more angry!

I had to pay out a couple of thousand for something which I don’t believe I am
Liable for, I’ve had many PCP cars before and only Volkswagen have I had issues!

A massive thank you to Paul W who was brilliant from the start of my new car journey and beyond! Paul spent a lot of time with me going through all my options when I wanted to trade my car in (which trust me took a lot of his time)! He was fantastic at being realistic and wasn’t a hard core salesman which made the experience less stressful and actually enjoyable! He was patient, friendly and extremely helpful, even after the sale of my Tiago, and is still answering any questions I have. He sorted out a test drive, made sure I knew what each button did, and also spoke to me about all the different features compared to my polo. One thing I personally love about this branch is that they are also dog friendly which has made everything so much easier to organise around MOTs, services and also when purchasing a new car. Thank you to Paul and the team! Absolutely in love with my approved used car!

I would give this place 0 stars if I possibly could... I don't even know where to start with this review... I came in on the 19th of December 2024 to do a service and MOT. I specifically told the lady who I dealt with that I wanted the servicing done first and the MOT after so that I can get them to fix any issues they may find (they do a form of vehicle check with servicing). I said I would delay the MOT for a different day if needed. After some back and forth with the technicians she said this wouldn't be an issue and that they will contact me once the servicing was done for the next steps. After so many hours, I get called advising of some suspension issues and headlight lens issues and I am told that this may affect the MOT and class it as a fail. I said I would call back within 5 minutes after checking my options. I believed that I had previously fixed the suspension issue with a previous MOT and double-checked my history. Imagine my surprise when I checked it and I could see that my MOT had FAILED on the same day.... I immediately called up the shop to complain and was put on hold. It seems that they did the MOT without checking with me first and apparently didn't even tell the lady before she called me in the initial call. I was absolutely furious and all the manager could do was waiver the MOT fee.... I actually found it very funny that they said they would waiver the MOT considering that they did it without authorisation... It felt like a slap on the face and not at all a gesture of goodwill. I ended up having to do some of the suspension work to try and get the MOT to pass... They also tried quoting me over £120 to polish my headlights because they were slightly degraded due to sun exposure... After a £11 purchase at halfords for a lens restorer and 20 minutes work by myself that £120 quote and MOT failure disappeared, along with my patience for the staff here. After it was all said and done I went to my car and made sure to check it for any damage and anything out of place. I opened the bonnet and found that they overfilled my coolant reservoir tank... Apparently the "experienced" technicians don't know that the coolant levels have to be within the MIN and MAX lines... I went back into the shop to complain and the first thing the lady said was "have you already left and come back?"... I was still parked in their bay and came in within 5 minutes and they were more worried about if I had left as I'm sure they would've said "oh you've left and come back, we aren't liable for any issues"... They got the technician to grab my car and "take" some of coolant out of the tank and when I went back to the car to check it they had left it at the same level... I went in and complained AGAIN... This time I waited for the technician with the car bonnet up and had to point to him where the MIN and MAX lines were and said it has to be within it. He just said "oh it's fine if it's over, that won't cause any issues if it's overfilled"..... I stared at him for a solid minute while processing what he had said, apparently manufacturers just put a MIN and MAX line for the kicks and it doesn't affect the engine in any way... He ended up taking the car again and this time they had actually taken the coolant out as I had requested (and what should've been originally done in the first time when I serviced it...). I don't know if it was due to pure incompetence or malicious intent to mess up my engine but rest assured I won't come here again and would highly advise for everyone else to avoid this scamming location.

Since Kia has gone with Peter Cooper their customer service is shocking. One of the girls was very rude and basically told me I was a liar. I have been a loyal Kia customer for about 8 years. I have now cancelled my service plan with them and won’t be back.

Lewis could not have been more helpful. Came out on the test drive when we asked, as not driven an all electric car before, showed us all the buttons & whistles it had & how to use them.
Was generally very patient with all our questions & if he did not know the answer he found it out straight away. And all in a lovely new Kia showroom.

Went to showroom as were in the market for a small SUV. I asked a few basic questions but the salesman was less than helpful. They didn't have a car to test drive so walked out & bought a car elsewhere. I expected better of the VW Audi brand. Think you should take a hard long look at the way you treat new potential customers
