Called up for a few quotes from different companies for a full new gas central heating system install to a house I'd just bought. Came out a day later as agreed to look at what needed done and gave a really good quote. They were able to start the following week which was great as I couldn't do the decorating until this work was done. As for the work, they came on time, fired through it all very quickly, checking each others work as they went. I wasn't happy with the size of one radiator in the kitchen and they changed it out without any hassle. Also tidied up and removed the old knackered immersion tank. Really good guys, would recommend and will use again in future.

AO could not fit new built under oven, however PHG came out quickly and at agreed time, after replying to text while they were on holiday, recommended correct size of oven without moving gas hob pipe, fitted oven and new tap while here. Great local service.

I needed a plumber in an emergency on the day before Christmas Eve. Most had stopped work, but Craig came, fixed the problem efficiently. Was so pleasant, left everything tidy and the cost was very reasonable. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

We had issues with our boiler and Craig was really responsive. He came the same day to look at it and fixed it promptly. Over the past 3 months we've then had him and his team install new water lines and replace a hot water heater tank amongst other small jobs. They always do a professional job and take time to explain the issues and options available. I will definitely use PHG again in the future.

Fantastic service. Had an emergency leak on a bank holiday and Craig was here within the hour, fixed the problem quickly and was very reasonably priced. Very happy and would definitely recommend him.

Craig was fantastic. Came first thing on a bank holiday to sort a mystery noise coming from the water pump - sorted in seconds. He's also just installed our new boiler - he's done a fantastic job again. Smooth, fast and highly professional

Sadly since my first review we have struggled to get Craig to come back. He came to view a bathroom job for us and agreed a start date. We have had several contacts since including a further appointment and no show. No response since despite further contacts. On the basis of the first job he was fantastic and I am sorry to have to change the review.
