We recently had Simon from Phillips Services carry out some minor work at my mother’s house, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more. Electrical Safety Certificate Inspection done the same week it was requested. Report was thorough and improvements advised. Some delay in sending out the invoice, perhaps because it was Xmas. Failure to invoice promptly can lead to cash flow problems and may cause a business to fail. Staff courteous and helpful on the phone who answered promptly with no menu. Emails were answered quickly. Have asked them to do the upgrading electrical work required.
