I bought a super nice used 2021 Toyota Tundra from Phillips Toyota in Leesburg. I’m super excited. Chick Russo was my salesperson and he was awesome. I told him what I was looking for, with a budget and he delivered. He showed me multiple Tundra’s that almost checked all the boxes and within budget. The one I liked the most checked all the boxes except it didn’t have leather. So Chick offered to have the dealership put new leather in the truck for free. And the new leather seats came with a three year warranty. I bought the truck. I love the truck. Philips Toyota is a pleasure to work with everyone is helpful and friendly. This location has me forever. Amazing customer service. The service department took good care of my car. I don’t want to be away from my car for very long. They fixed my car super fast. I was surprised and pleased. It was nice to speak to the mechanic alongside the Office crew who made everything feel so smooth. It was fast with facts.
