I can’t recommend Josh and the Air Quality team enough. Phlorum have produced air quality documentation for numerous residential and commercial projects we have been involved in.

What a superb free online service from Phlorum. I recently had a
plant growing in my garden identified by Paul . His prompt reply to my query with the reassuring news that it was not the dreaded Japanese knotweed as I had feared, but shoots from the wide spreading roots of recently felled poplar trees, was much appreciated . Excellent service. I sent photographs of a plant our surveyor had identified as potential Japanese Knotweed to Paul out of office hours and had a reply within an hour of the office opening the following day with confirmation it was not knotweed and some suggestions of what it could be. We were concerned that we may have Japanese Knotweed or another invasive species that suddenly started to grow in our garden . I utilised the free identification service provided by Phlorum Ltd , in less than 24 hours I had a response back from Paul thankfully confirming it was not an invasive species . They took care of a massive infestation of Japanese Knotweed at my commercial property in Staffordshire. Unfortunately by the time the knotweed was discovered, it had really spread. Phlorum know what they are doing and are very professional. They have nearly eradicated the knotweed with only one rogue plant making an appearance every year, but they pro actively deal with this. I would recommend this company. I have been dealing with them since 2013 and have had excellent service for a really bad infestation that seemed uncontrollable. I was concerned when I noticed something in my garden which I feared could be Japanese knotweed. Phlorum offer a free service where you email a photo and they identify it. Their response was extremely quick: I emailed them one evening and they got back to me the next morning. Luckily I appear to have bindweed rather than knotweed.

I would definitely recommend this very fast and free service. Thanks, Phlorum, for putting my mind at rest!
