I felt it very imperative that I write in today and let you know the experience that I have with phoenix gas services.

We have been let down in the past numerous times which has affected my sons mental health as he has adhd and Asperger's, being told that you are coming and don't attend does not bode well on those that have to plan for your attendance, especially then to be threatened with an injunction by emh housing.

We had an appointment today for after 10am on Wednesday the 7th of may because we had very little faith that you would attend myself and my mother sat in the car park from 10 o'clock it got to 11:30 and there was no sign of an engineer.

I placed a call into your service department and was lucky enough to be greeted by a very kind and pleasant lady called Gemma, I explained my frustrations I have had previously and could you confirm that an engineer was on their way. Gemma did her diligence and then called me back.

It wasn't good news the engineer that was due to attend had phoned in sick and we had not been told , however Gemma had made contact with a number of other engineers that were local and managed to secure a new appointment for 2:30 that day.

She kept me updated in terms of time and who would be attending which either was then able to relay back to my son to put him at ease. Gemma told me that the attending technician would call half an hour before arriving and would call me when he was at the property.

The attending technician was a chap called jay he was so polite he was so helpful, he was so understanding and he did in fact call me 25 minutes prior to arriving which gave me enough time to warn my son and then he called me when he was out to say that he was here.

I've just called jay as I wanted to make sure that everything was okay and no messages needed to be relayed back to me because my son would surely forget and he again omitted kindness and patience understanding and a huge amount of empathy for my situation and showed nothing but genuine kindness.

Jay and Gemma surely turned this experience around for me and my son, they are both a wonderful credit to your business and I really felt that I needed to take the time out to celebrate them both and I hope that you can pass this on to them and celebrate them as well.

Got tailgated by one of your lairy, aggressive drivers going down the A52 in Nottingham this evening. He also made a gesture to me as I was 0.03 seconds late in getting away at the red light. He proceeded to ignore the speed limits. If I ever need any aggressive gas engineers to visit my property I shall give you a call.

Booked them in for a boiler service. They emailed to remind me the day before. I then emailed them on the day as the engineer was late to be told he would be there in the afternoon. Nobody turned up with no communication. Shocking!

Installed my new system boiler- mis-identified my condensate drain (it was instead a washing machine waste) that ended up blocked which blew the gas valve and has been causing me ignition problems ever since. Sent a salesman over to make sure my issue was not resettable before sending over a qualified tradesman days later to be told that it was under manufacture warranty and so had no interest any further. 12 months down the line, it turns out that they never registered the install and so I have no warranty. Avoid at all costs.

Should be disgusted in themselves, phoned yesterday due to my boiler not working got no heating or hot water told me a 6 hour time frame due to it being over Christmas period guess what didn't show up so phoned again to be told they'll be out between 8.30pm and 12am last night no show again, so phoned again this morning apparently now they are coming between now and 12 this afternoon. Leaving my 16 month old with no heating or hot water absolutely disgusting clearly have no top priorities. And when they do show up they don't have a clue what they are doing! How this company is still going I'll never know should be shut down. Sort your company out and actually train your staff properly. Disgusting company...

unprofessional, they turn up unannounced, then become rude and give aggro when told they aren't welcome without an appointment - they then threaten court action when not let in for 3rd time. This is not fair as people need to be given 24 hour notice at least if your company needs to carry out property maintenance! And your staff need to be taught how to speak to their clients as a simple "here to check your boiler !" doesn't suffice! present your ID and introduce yourself and you'll find you will have a better reaction off of tenants etc

Given a 1 star as no option to give -10! This company have failed to turn up 3 times for my 81yr mother. The last appointment I made with Sarah was for a Sunday morning. Never turned up or rang to say. When an engineer came the other day he said they don’t work Sundays? Someone’s not telling the truth!! Today is 20th July. This has been going on since beginning June. Now the boilers been condemned leaving a 81 yr old to “boil” the kettle. She has no heating which she needs due to her frailty. Shocking and complete incompetence.
