I recently bought a campervan and discovered that the solar panel was not working. Although the panel was out of guarantee, the company offered me a discount on the new, replacement panel. All of the team at Photonics were both helpful and knowledgeable, particularly Lewis Gray, a Sales Engineer.

I received a new inverter in the week and on Saturday installed it everything seems to be working ok and it now connects to the pc.

We purchased a 40w portable solar panel 8 years ago and it's still going strong. My friend bought a 200w panel and was equally happy. I've been considering an upgrade and have very impressed by the technical advice from the team notably from Lewis. Good work keep it up.

Very helpful indeed & fast delivery.
Had no idea what I needed, but Lewis talked me through all the options available re portable solar power kits for my tiny Freedom caravan. Given all the information and questions answered, I decided on 120W model. It arrived at 09.30 the next morning.
