PHR fitted heating equipment under the eco scheme. It was a nightmare! They left my house in a complete mess and had to constantly chase them up to rectify problems. I wasn’t even showed how to use the system. From the start they only seemed interested in getting the funding for their own benefit. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that will take the customers needs into consideration. I will no longer be using them.

Excellent Service!
From the lovely friendly office staff to the engineers, solar panel specialists, professional surveyors and construction staff it was an excellent and professional communicative service.
Aside the great work completed, what stood out for me was the amount of respect shown by all workers in keeping my home clean, tidy and protected during the renovation.

Boiler stopped working - got in touch with PHR and they agreed to send someone to take a look that afternoon. This duly happened and the fault was diagnosed, price was sent and agreed on - parts were ordered and they returned the next day and repaired the issue, which turned out to be a bit more work than initially thought. Fantastic professional service and quick too - would highly recommend based on my experience

Excellent company really pleased with the work completed had a combi boiler conversation. The guys 3 at several points were tidy and really took pride in their work. Promptly arrived at 830am bought all required materials, really polite and took care of my house, products supplied were of a good standard, all minor problems addressed extremely quickly. Will be using again for plumbing work. Would highly recommend.

We had a complete bathroom re fit, from first contact to the completion of the job phr have been brilliant.
During the removal of the old bathroom several issues were uncovered which required remedial work, but Kyle and turbo took it all in their stride, both guys were brilliant punctual tidy and a pleasure to have in our home, they worked really hard all day long every day. The workmanship is of a very high standard indeed.
I would highly recommend phr if you require any work completing, we would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.
It's a big thumbs up from us. Our new bathroom is beautiful.

Ryan and Christian were amazing! Fit us all new radiators and a new boiler. Helped us fit our new thermostat and we’re really friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Lovely tidy job and family friendly.

Brilliant boiler service. I received my annual reminder. The service was easy to book and the engineer arrived on time. I received my gas certificate digitally, and payment was easy. Thanks again PHR. 10/10 😀

We asked Aled from PHR to come and service 2 of our boilers. The first booking was cancelled by him and he came out 2.5 weeks after first call. The charge was £125 per boiler. We knew there was a problem with one of the boilers, he diagnosed it and told us it needed a new thermostat for the heating but that he didn’t have time to come back and fit it. He explained it was easy to change. So I bought the part for £50 and changed it, the boiler still didn’t work. Aled explained that he couldn’t come back. He sent someone else over but they couldn’t help either. So we called the manufacturer, Worcester, we paid them £250 a one off fee including parts to come and fix the boiler. The technician found Aled’s screwdriver inside the boiler, he instantly found an oil leak that had gone unnoticed by Aled, he also said the service had not been carried out properly as the hoses were not replaced (and needed it) and parts has not been cleaned. He diagnosed the problem as a valve which he replaced. I told him the history and he said to steer clear of using Aled again. I phoned Aled to explain and he said he didn’t spot the oil leak as it was too dark (he knew it was an outside boiler), he apologised but no compensation was offered. We are now concerned that the other boiler that Aled serviced was not done properly.
