I've been trying to contact this company since 10am this morning. Regarding my wages. I've not been able to speak to anyone but the receptionist. I've left messages on answer machine with H.r. still no response. Just doesn't seem like anybody bothered at P.h.s. level of service is shocking

AVOID AVOID AVOID - it’s a scam, read to the end!
Listen to the reviews of others and avoid. Completely corrupt company, we paid £250 a year for sanitary bins and the agreement was they would empty them every 6 months - within that year, they never came out once! This isn’t the issue, they came to collect the bins after a year then we had threatening letters saying we owed them 5 years worth of payments. Why would we pay for 5 years in the future for a business that is only 18 months old also for a service we never received! It doesn’t say anything about a 5 year contract in the terms and conditions. They also tried saying we owed the £250 we paid upfront (we have proof of payment). So not only did they not provide the service we paid for, but they are also saying we owe money for a service in the future for bins they have taken away and we can’t use.
The letters are getting more and more threatening, bullying for payment whilst they don’t reply to help resolve the issue, I’m guessing so you fall for the scam and are trapped to pay the fee.
Awful - you owe us £250 for not proving the service we paid for and more for the trauma and stress caused.

failed to collect our pregnancy sharps box twice. failed to call me both times. claimed they had collected the item but had not. customer services assumes that you are a buisiness and do not provide support for customers who use thier services cordinated via the local council waste collection

Purchased Online nearly a week ago. Still no email about dispatch and staff in the Office cannot locate order as account was made Online. Payment went through fine. Very frustrating as Client wanted job done soon.

EDIT 1: Ordered Online via the website and made payment as you can only order after making payment. Now receiving Invoices that Payment overdue. After many calls still not resolved. Pulling my hair out how they cannot trace a
Payment.

EDIT 2: Have emailed the email provided below (jackieneads) and haven't heard anything back either.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. At best they are incompetent and lazy, with little interest in dealing with people, let alone helping with their problems. At worst they are corrupt, and will lie and cheat to extort as much money out of their customers as possible. After two years of bad service, we gave up and cancelled our contract. This is when our problems really started. Despite us ending the service upon the advice and authoirisation of our Account Manager, after 6 months of late payment reminders and ignored emails, he denied this agreement had ever taken place and charged us over £1000 for handing in our notice 6 days after the deadline stated in their Ts & Cs. After several days of disputing the fine we finally gave in and agreed to pay (anything to end this nightmare), at which point he stopped replying to our emails altogether. A month later he came back to us and tried to charge us another £600+ for collections that had not (or would not) take place. At this point their technician even began lying about emptying our bins. He sent a Google Maps screenshot 'proving' that he'd visited. We have CCTV footage proving that he did not. After speaking to our Account Manager's boss, we finally got our charges reduced back to the original £1000. We now have a new sevice provider, but are still waiting for PHS to remove their old bins. I expect to be waiting a long time. Rotten to the core.

**PHS GROUP - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!** After being a loyal customer for 14 years we tried to cancel our mat hire due to relocation to a new office. We were notified our latest 2014 contract renewed automatically every 2 years without any notification and you only have a short window of which you can cancel with 90 days notice. We tried to cancel a contract that renewed on 18/03/18, 2 weeks prior but were told we would have to wait until 2020 due to the automatic renewal as we hadn't given 90 days notice! The price has increased by 37% since 2014 but they state they can raise the price in the contract at their discretion. We were threatened with the T&C's which are weighted in the favor of PHS Group and they were extremely unhelpful and refused to assist us unless we paid the contract in full. I would not recommend anyone uses this company - any alternative would be better!! Some companies show little emphasis on customer service and loyalty. A short term gain over a long term strategic approach. Oh and they wouldn't take our notice now, we had to wait until 90 days prior to the renewal in 2020 as their system couldn't keep our request on file! #PHSGROUPAWFULSERVICE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We are trying to cancel our agreement, and they refer to an auto renewal clause. We knew we had a 3 year agreement, with a 90 day notice period and then they refer to this auto renewal! to keep us paying them money, absolute joke of a company!

Awful, Awful company.We were mis-sold a contract on the basis that we could pay monthly. Once we'd signed up to the service there was complete radio silence, no hazardous waste collections were made, no sanitary bins delivered or sharps bins collected. Three months later when i'd called them two or three times to ask why they'd not taken direct debit or provided any service they told me they'd investigate but simply hit us with a printed demand for payment for the contract in full or we'd be taken to court. They now say that they don't do monthly contracts and are investigating why the agent sold it to us as such. nearly four months into our contract after paying for the full service up front to avoid court action we still have no answers. absolute sham of a company. I will make sure every studio owner i can knows of our experience with PHS in the hope that they don't make the terrible mistake of having any dealings with PHS.
