I was recommended pHX Water from a boiler engineer on another job, a private water supply is new to me and we couldn’t get any hot water upstairs …. from the 1st call to the invoice the service has been superb.
They invested the time to understand the system over email to save me expense, offered to find a nearer company. They are understandably in demand so it took a few weeks for the servicing but Daniel did a great, fast job and explained everything so I understand the system a lot better.
Later that afternoon I received a job report which confirmed all the filter type and the UV sleeve.
After all that the invoice was very reasonable. I’m very impressed, happy to recommend and will be asking them for all my supplies from now. Cheers.

Very impressed by PHX Water. Found and sorted out our leaking pipe (in a concrete floor!), renewed and completely sorted out our pumps and water filter arrangements.
