Gary is a consummate professional and a salt of the earth kind of guy. Many other pest companies we spoke to were very happy to take our money first and ask questions later. We recently had an unwanted visitor in the loft. Booked an appointment with Gary from Pied Piper who came over within a couple of days at a time to suit us. Such a super nice and honest gentleman. Very professional and clearly knows his stuff. Inspected my property, knew exactly what to look for and quickly identified the possible entry points. He gave some really great advice and peace of mind. Touch wood, we've not had any more visitations from the pests. We would not hesitate to use Pied Piper again and couldn't recommend them enough. Gary came out to us to sort out a problem with rodents in the loft. He was kind enough to speak to our neighbour and was able to identify a possible problem within their property where the rodents were coming in and travelling through the lofts. Gary made four weekly visits, putting fresh poison in our loft each time. The neighbours took his advice and since then the problem seems to be sorted. We would highly recommend Gary. He was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough and professional. He emailed paperwork after each visit, stating exactly what he had done and the poison he had used along with advice and safety measures. Excellent service!

Unfortunately, as a very last resort, had to call upon Pied Piper’s services for a mole problem which had made the garden unsafe to walk on for my elderly neighbour. Boss Gary responded very swiftly and attended within a couple of days to assess the problem. Very professional, amiable and sympathetic to Wildlife. Was swiftly able to resolve the mole issue. Communication spot on and very reasonably priced. First time we have used this service and would definitely use them again if required. 100% recommended.
