Great company! My mum had to book because of a problem with her boiler and they were quick to call back and came the next day. The lady was nice and explained the problem thoroughly and the cost was much lower than other companies.

I cannot recommend Pink Plumbing Services enough. We needed a new toilet however after Jennie attended she advised she could repair the existing and replace all the internal parts for a fraction of the price. She did this to an excellent level and we are absolutely delighted. Will definitely use again. Work carried out quickly, professionally and cost was minimum.

Jennie is excellent in every way, she arrived on time, did a great job of exchanging kitchen taps and sinks and fixing a leak. Jennie is professional, easy to communicate with and does excellent work. Myself and my partner had to call Jennie late on last night as there was water leaking into our kitchen from our bathroom. Jennie was polite and cheery and called out to our home asap. The problem was fixed effectively and quickly. Jennie’s caring and bubbly personality put my partner at ease and there was no over charging for coming out at such a late hour. Jennie did an amazing job of our bathroom refit and we'd absolutely recommend her!

It was a long and awkward job involving knocking through a false partition wall between two en-suites to create one long bathroom, and we'd chosen to use a lot of upcycled and pieced-together furnishings instead of one matching bathroom suite. Jennie wasn't fazed at all by our weird decor choices! She came at the project with a willing 'can do' attitude, advising us on which corresponding pipes and fixings to buy so everything plumbed in correctly. She was a great communicator throughout the project. keeping us up-to-date on work progress and consulting us if there was a choice to be made between several ways of doing something. She prioritized our wellbeing in an understanding way even when the bathroom had to be out-of-action for several days whilst the insulation installers worked on it, making sure we had running water and a useable toilet for as long as possible. Jennie was very knowledgeable and professional, and used her expertise to problem-solve.

She was genuinely fun to work with, a polite guest to have in the house, and lovely to all family members (including the cat!). I'd also say that, as a woman, it's rare to have installers or repairfolks in the house that you feel totally safe and comfortable around when you're very vulnerable (if, say, you're off work in bed for a sick day or need to take a nap in the next room) but having female-only services is pretty wonderful in that respect. We'd absolutely recommend Jennie for her expertise, her professionalism, and her good communication.
