Great first boiler service. I don't have any thing to compare it to as it's my first service but he did a great job and gave lots of information. Dan and Al replaced our old failing boiler with a new Combi boiler. From the start, we had great communication from Dan. He is clearly knowledgeable, professional and has a calm nature. Just as well, as a lot of the work was in quite confined spaces, removing and modifying pipework. Great work, thoroughly recommended.

Can't recommend Dan highly enough. We had a fault that meant we had no heating or hot water. I contacted Dan late that day and he responded within an hour to say he would drop by next day. He arrived next day, diagnosed the fault, went to get the part, came back same day and then fitted the new part. Everything back to normal in just over 24 hours. Can't ask any more than that. It all started with a leak. A neighbour fortuitously recommended Dan to help. His swift response and attention to detail gave me the confidence to trust Dan to relocate the boiler from under the stairs to the loft, and then create a bathroom in the understair space. Really pleased with the results and highly recommend both Dan and Al.
