We were buying our forever home and husband looked at ashp. He showed me I wasn’t that keen on having a big unit in garden. We booked an appointment at polar planet. Ruben very lovely gent sat at the table with us. Made us a cuppa. Ruben went through every aspect from starting to finishing the work. I still wasn’t for it. I googled and read reviews and I changed my mind. We had several meeting with Ruben and guys who were going to do the work. I was excited about just having electric throughout our property. Even though the sale process took longer than expected. Ruben said we will be ready when yous are. So nov 2023 we moved and following week we started having our new heating system installed I cannot recommend this company high enough. So polite and understanding our needs. We had Jeremy and Luke. What lovely fellas they are. Polite courteous very clean. Wouldn’t have known we were having work done The system is amazing. I am so pleased we agreed to have this work done Especially helped with the government grant to.

If I could give this company 100/100. Then I would. The whole company are amazing. Especially when you ring them and they answer by your name obviously cakes to many times lol.

If you are thinking about getting a ashp. Then polar planet are the guys to do it That’s two of the radiators they fitted.

I have recently had an Air Source Heat Pump supplied and installed into one of my rental properties. I found the whole process smooth and easy from the initial phone call to the office - the staff were all very efficient and helpful and gave me the option of visiting the Goring based office, through to the installers who fitted the complete system in my property. Every member of the Polar Planet team are friendly and knowledgeable and I felt confident that my views were taken into consideration. The team who completed my install were professional both in attitude and appearance, promoting the reputation and corporate look of the company. Polar Planet provided a really good service. Initial communications were swift, the site visit useful and costing information was clear and competitive. Communications have been good throughout the process and the project was implemented without delay. The site team who were on site for 3 days conducted themselves really well - they did a great job and left the job clean and tidy.

We moved to Worthing 7 years ago and were early customers for Polar, who put in a wet underfloor heating system for us. They were helpful, responsive, professional, friendly and passionate about clean and contemporary energy systems. We've got ceramic floor tiles on top of our heating tubes. This system has been working beautifully for us for almost 8 years now. Only maintenance jobs needed have been a couple of replacement pop up valves, which were replaced simply and very cheaply. When we move house again, we'll definitely be returning to Polar to do the same again. We have cheap, solidly warm, heating throughout the house. There are no hot or cold spots. The air isn't dry or nasty. The tiles hold warmth for hours. Our current setup uses a gas boiler but next time round we'll be going for the fully sustainable option with heat exchange.

Having had an air-source heat pump and solar PV panels installed we were very pleased with Polar Planet. They gave us very good advice and the engineers were highly skilled and entirely professional. They made what to us was a complex installation seem straightforward and were swift to respond to any glitches in the process.

4.2KW Solar PV with battery and water heating. Very professional throughout from inspection, specification, and installation. Polite and patient at all times and careful to ensure the site was kept clean and safe. The system looks good and is delivering much better savings than I expected! Thoroughly recommended.
