I have found polestar a brilliant company to work with. Quick delivery and always helpful on the phone. Their fan motors last a lot longer than other companies I've used in the past, and we fit a lot of them very regularly. Also their capacitors.

There multifits are absolutely rubbish, lucky if they last more than a few months, BB ones even worse with bearing failure after just a few months. So far i’ve had to replace nearly every one i’ve fitted at my own expense. Complain to them and they will tell you your the only one that has.

The worst fan motors i've ever used, fitted 34W Premium fan motor which stopped working after only 8 hours. Fitted 25W Premium fan motor 36 days ago and that has also stopped working. Waste of both money at time, cost me money and time to replace the faulty fans for better ones (EBM / EMI Motors). If you want top quality motors and less hassle use Euro Motors Italia (EMI) which are the best i've used. Talked to Polestar about the issues and told me that I had to pay them and return the faulty although I had to pay delivery charges to recieve the fan motors.
