We visited the store yesterday to look to buy a bird. Steph was incredibly helpful and NOT pushy. Helped us pick a bird that was suitable for us.
There was NO hard selling Steph just allowed us to take our time and observe the birds before choosing. We were advised of what set up we needed, again no hard selling just what was best for the bird we were buying.
The store was happy for us to go home set up and then go back for the bird.
Welfare definitely came 1st. We would highly recommend this store 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Popped in to speak with these guys about getting a cockatiel I've been searching for the right bird for months. The guy there was so nice and was kind enough to let me meet the cockatiels available and diddnt rush me. We found our beautiful bird at Pond World. She's truly a beautiful gem - such a calm and peaceful bird being hand tamed by them. If you're looking for a stunning & we'll tamed bird, I wouldn't go anywhere else ♡ thank you all. She's already my absolute baby ♡

The team at this store outstanding. They really do go above and beyond.
The building itself has everything, cold, tropical fish. Insects and reptiles. A fantastic bird aviary. The people really do go out their way to make sure you get what you need, but they love a chat too. Such a great place.

Great Local Fish Store, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, always willing to go above and beyond. Will order in fish etc as requested.

Great store recently recommended a treatment for my tank as I had been loosing fish whist away with work. 3 days of treatment with their advised product, which was the cheaper treatment and the tank seems to have settled down.

Also have a great selection of tropical plants in bundles at 4 for £12.

They also have Reptiles and have recently added birds too! The kids love visiting and seeing all the different animals great selection of affordable aquariums and better priced than you would find online.

If I could score a 10 out of 5 I would the staff are amazing.

Customer service poor. Needed advice and help regarding tanks and general set up, was told bare minimum and felt like a burden. Brought a tank to find I need additional things, easy mistake however they would/should have known additional things would be needed.

I'd like to say a massive thank you to Steph and the team! You're all amazing over the years. Your knowledge is impecable!

From top quality fish and suplies - reptile bait (for our frog) - to now birds. And 24/7 contact support via Facebook.

We've been allowed to go into their aivery interact with the birds and find ones that suit us, Kakariki (Blue) and Lutino Ringneck (Peanut). Among these 2 we have also in the past bought cold water and warm water fish of all sorts.

These guys are one of a kind, friendly and always up for a chat. Definitely worth a visit.
