Shocking and disgraceful customer service from receptionist this morning. I was not at home when the delivery was made as I had to rush one of my dogs to the vet where she died and did not leave access for oil delivery. I fully appreciate the inconvenience for Portadown oils and appreciate their waste of time which I am more than happy paying a surcharge for. However getting shouted at (at length) on the telephone by a receptionist is unacceptable!

This was under the name Mark, around 11:15 this morning. The telephone call to yourselves was from the car this morning with Denise and Mark present.

From start to finish a pleasant experience. Both office staff who took my order to the driver who delivered the oil was pleasant. Updated throughout so we knew when delivery was. Driver was pleasant and ensured everything was left as he found it. Will definitely use again.

During the ordering the heating oil, I was told that delivery will be placed at 08:00 on Monday morning. Monday after 09:00 I had to called the oil company and asked receptionist what happened. Unfortunately ladies at the reception weren't really helpful 😕 and were a little short with me. Oil arrived around the noon. The driver was nice and helpful.
