Very disappointing. Unable to provide MCS certification.

I had to chase multiple times for electrical completion certificates and they only advised after installation that they were not part of the MCS certification scheme.
Paul and Louise both told me they would be able to sort this out for a fee, but after several months of stringing me along they have finally told me they are not part of the scheme and will not provide MCS.
This makes getting a SEG tariff sorted out very difficult and may have issues for future sale of the property.
Very poor service and I would not recommend using them for domestic installations.

Paul and Louise worked hard to find the best solution for our home in a rural area. We are now saving on oil and mains electric as the battery is harnessing far more energy than we expected. Not bad for hazy days. Outstanding service and the team are very competent. Thank you so much for providing us with peace of mind.

The install experience was very good (November 2022), and the solution is just what I wanted. I am really pleased with the install, however, the lack of MCS registration is a real problem. Without that certification, it can be difficult to sell the properly.

Paul and his team are very efficient and extremely helpful, they have great solutions to reduce your energy bills.
Paul has technology where he can remotely see what solutions need to be put in place prior to installation making things so much easier.
I can't recommend Positive Energy Solutions highly enough.
