Ordered two DeLonghi air conditioning units on Wednesday and both were delivered the following day. Had them up and running in less than 30 minutes and cooling down the rooms nicely. Great service and found the units cheaper here than other suppliers. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

AMAZING customer service. I preordered a portable air conditioner for the 2021 summer season and they were incredibly about communicating updates when it came to delivery and payment and any delays that occurred. Superb service and great price

I contacted Power Discount regarding emergency lighting products down to issues with such products from another supplier from a 3 year old installation.

To cut the story short their attention and customer service was second to none. They engaged in a lot of hard work, investigation and dialogue for what (at least initially) was to be nothing more than a single emergency twinspot sale. Nothing was too much trouble.

Quite literally the best customer service I have received for a long time (and thought such service was gone for good!)

In addition the product was spot on and at the most favourable pricing of all their competition.

Power Discount are definitely on my 'use first whenever possible' list.
