My solar system was fitted by Powerhouse Scotland in March 2023 and has never worked properly. Unfortunately, they are trying to close the company down without ever coming back to resolve multiple issues. We have now had another company who have told us that the system was not fitted correctly and is going to cost a large amount of money to resolve, on top of the large amount of money we paid Powerhouse.
I rang the electrical standards company from whom the guarantee is issued to find out that as they used sub contractors ,my warranty is not worth the paperwork it is written on.
ANYBODY WHO HAD A SYSTEM FITTED BY POWERHOUSE SHOULD CHECK THEIR WARRANTY ASAP AS I AM PLANNING TO SUE THEM

Additional set of solar panels installed. We had 8 Q.Peak DUO 410 watt panels added to a separate section of roof space. A Solis inverter was also installed.
From initial contact to pricing and installation the whole process was smoothly handled. The finished installation is performing well.
Pricing was competitive and haggle free and all the staff are a delight to work with.
