Unbelievably helpful . I called in for a replacement fitting for my large table link - success after failed attempts elsewhere .

Unlike Mr Berrington I had a perfect experience when I returned a 2 year old LED batten which had failed. After checking it out a replacement was provided with good grace. In general I have found the staff here to be knowledgable and pleasant.
