We are very pleased with the air source heating and mechanical ventilation systems installed by Powernaturally. Their contractors were respectful of the environment. I have been very impressed by Power naturally. They installed a large, 33kW GSP at our house, they did everything they said they would do and have been really helpful ever since with advice and help with learning how to use and configure it. They really care about their customers and I am very glad that I chose them. The staff are really friendly and helpful, communications are good and I feel looked after. Would prefer to mark this with 4.75 instead of 5 stars if that was possible. PN's service and support has been exemplary over the years, except for just one hick up in March with one of their electricians who has failed to get in touch with me. Also there has been no follow up on the original enquiry from PN management.

Power naturally were recommended to me by my architect for a new/self-build project just completed this year. I went to them for my air source heat pump, solar panels and EV charger. Having seen a couple of average reviews, along with a general scepticism of renewable companies anyway (despite being a builder myself, this is still an area I know little about), I have been pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of this company. They have a good size team, and we’re always very quick to respond and deal with any relevant issues etc. They weren’t shy when it came to site visits, and always gave me confidence that they were here to help, and to do things properly. I would absolutely recommend using power naturally-especially if you were thinking of adding multiple renewable technologies- as having them oversee this whole area took away a lot of stress.
