I have been their domestic customer for a couple years. Their products and the customer service are wonderful. They fixed my problems quickly every time when I called them. Their AC coupled battery should fit most of the houses and work with the solar power systems. Highly recommended!

I've had this unit several years and for the past year it has worked well on Octopus Agile but the problem here is that I didn't buy Battery as a Service. The portal is unreliable and right now it's discharging at the wrong time, into the car and I cannot stop this. The portal has a problem, same as yesterday. Competitors offer a RESTful API, Powervault does not so I cannot integrate it with anything local. I would love a local interface/web portal and to not be held hostage to an AWS hosted, unreliable portal.
If you want flexibility, buy something else but otherwise, you'd probably be happy enough, most of the time.
EDIT:
I've since had feedback from Powervault staff, on the horizon are significant developments and without going into detail, I have been helped with a solution to integrate with Home Assistant and resolve the car charging integration so "THANKS!" for that. 🙂

We have had a Powervault P3 system for several years, and it is performing very well. In fact, I am thinking about expanding the system capacity to take full advantage of the solar panels.
The app is very intuitive and lets me see exactly what has been generated, stored and discharged every day going back to the first day of operation.
During this time I have had a few technical questions arise, all of which Powervault have clearly and quickly answered. There has been one issue, which they resolved with a site visit.
All in all, very good service indeed. Thank you.

Now had my Powervault P3 for a few years and it works fine.
Since I added solar it's saving me a lot of cash.
The company is always available to speak to and keeps an eye on my kit. After a set of power cuts they told me that a cell in my battery needed attention and a few days later they came and replaced it at no cost.
How's that for great service.
If I only Microsoft could do that for windows 11.
I now only use my mobile phone for internet.
Back to my Powervault . It's great. Buy one and you'll not regret it.

I bought the Powervault 8kw system had 24/7 issues with it its efficiency i measured was about 60%
It crashed a lot
I was always onto Support and at times they didn't respond in a timely manner.
I used to say I am not a baby sitter for such an unreliable battery.
On day one the engineer left and within minutes it crashed waited 6 days for one to turn up to fix an installation issue.
The stupid design was the filters got clogged which caused it to crash and the filters aren't user accessible.
Ia few people bought them because of my youtubes initially and I know of a few who because of issues returned them.
I had enough when it fully died and they offered me a refund never an apology
Ipowervault I have all the emails ....
I would never ever recommend this system.

We had the new P3 system installed in June 2019 and have made significant savings to date. I feel quite content knowing that our evenings are being battery powered and that for a large part of the day we are being battery powered.

Last year with the G200 system we bought 1.7kW of electricity whilst generating by PV panels 5 MW some of which powered the household requirement and some of which was exported.

All that is required is for the "Dashboard" to have incorporated into it a state of battery charge indicator as we cannot tell when the batteries are in need of top-up by Economy 7.
