PRC Streamline - Bournemouth

We joined the Taxi Que from Bornemouth airport on Sunday Morning. The guy running the que was actually very good and kept us informed of how long the wait was, he even helped us to the car.
We were met by the driver. I told him the street name we wished to get to, he didn't know, so we gave him the post code.
He put it into his satellite navigation.
He then preceded to ignore it.
Three wrong turnings in a 10 min drive even at one point asking which way it was!
We ended up just telling him to stop and walked the rest of the way!
A taxi driver that doesn't know his way around the town he works in? Useless.

I have lived in Poole for over 20 years and have always found PRC to be extremely reliable with the drivers being very courteous. The app is also really useful, accurate and easy to use. Well done PRC. 👍🏻

Do not get this service from the airport. I am pretty sure have been scammed, had a agreed price from Bournemouth Airport to my destination 15 mins away, charged 50 pounds, he added a additional airport fee and then a airport parking fee, also Impolite driver

Use any taxi service but this one, terrible service. They were supposed to drop medication off to me from tbe hospital. They call me saying outside, I make way out on crutches just to find there not there. I then call them they say he's outside, he is is not , I then call then and they say he's on his way. I then have a call from them where I just hear two people speaking in the back ground, when I say hello several times, I get a hello back, then they hang up. I call back 10 minutes later and apparently he is still on way, another 10 minutes and still not here absolute muppet of a company. Use any other than this company.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the number plate of the driver but I asked him to move because he was fully blocking the driveway (I live opposite a school so I’m used to this unfortunately but they normally have the decency to leave the driveway clear) and he was immediately rude and shouting back at me, telling me it didn’t matter and that he wasn’t in a helicopter? like that’s got anything to do with the fact he’d parked like an idiot across the driveway.

Oh my god,this taxi company is the biggest and most expensive taxi scam ever.

I took a 10 minute taxi ride from Bournemouth airport to the town centre and they charged me £33 plus an extra £5 for the drop off. That was even more expensive than my return flight!

Seriously, avoid this taxi company like the plague and call uber instead.taxi companies should be out of business!.

We have used this taxi company twice recently. Initial communication was excellent and the drivers were punctual and extremely polite and friendly. We will definitely be recommending this company.

Am giving one star for the driver from Poole, Streamline Warrens Taxis from Poole. I left my headset in the taxi, when I called the number on the taxi, the company said they don't know him. After charging me so much and Noone accountable for my headset that was left in the back of the car number 147. Why do the Taxis have numbers, it's for traceability? I boarded the cab from Poole to Tarrant Monkton.
