As an older male ultra runner, maintaining peak performance and having energy during long runs is crucial. Precisions tailored approach to fueling and hydration has significantly improved my endurance.

Theyre easy to consume, not overly sweet and don’t leave any sticky mess behind.

Amazing products at a very reasonable price compared to other leading brands. I take them on all my long rides/runs during my Ironman prep. They taste nice, sit well and the packaging of the individual gels is brilliant so you don’t loose the top etc. I despise litter so this eliminates that problem. The chews are really really good. It took me by surprise with the flavouring but trust me, they’re great! Highly recommend!

Unequivocally the best race fuelling I’ve used. Great for long distance running. Great tasting, deliver the goods, and they fully get on with my stomach - something that cannot be said for most ‘big name’ fuelling brands. I’m a total convert.

I'm really liking the Precision Fuel gels for their neutral taste and the well-designed packaging (the tear-off strip at the top stays attached to the gel package so it doesn't get dropped and cause litter). Previously I've used jelly babies for fuelling and I found they were getting too sweet after a few doses: these gels seem to do the job better!

I've been really impressed with the products from Precision Fuel & Hydration. Everything I've tried so far has worked great, but my absolute favorite is the PF 90 Gel.

What I love most about this gel is its size—it packs a solid 90g of carbohydrates, making it super easy to track my intake during long cycling sessions or races. The consistency is just right, and I never have to worry about running out of fuel too soon. The flavor is very mild, which I really appreciate, as it doesn’t become overwhelming even when consuming a larger amount.

Highly recommend for endurance athletes who want a effective fueling strategy!

Post Race Update
I wanted to update after a 50 mile trail race. Without a doubt my fueling and hydration plan using Precision Fuel & Hydration was a success. Race day was hot, the elevation gain was over 4000m, it was a long day. Most surprising was the post race recovery, I was sore but only for a day or two. Who knew that proper fueling and hydration would affect recovery... well a lot of people but for me this was a new phenomenon.
If I could suggest one thing to the R&D people at Precision F&H it would be to change the flask bite valve. It ended up just popping off every time I would go to use it. So I ended up using it like lid and just drawing from the opening; things got a bit messy. Looking forward to the next race with these products.

I was introduced to Precision Fuel & Hydration products from a good friend who is also a highly accomplished ultra runner. I started using their products in training for a upcoming 50 mile trail race on Vancouver Island BC with around 4000m of elev. gain.
I love these gels, chews and hydration powders. The 300 carb big boy gels and flask combo is an absolute game changer. The flavour of the gels are mild and something that the palate can manage for long duration regardless of climate. There's no over-sweet feeling while fueling. The lemon/lime chews are delicious and offer a nice break from the gel texture when needed. That being said the gel texture is very pleasant and easy to take down. I'm a larger runner and a sweaty one so the 1500 hydration powder has been solid for keeping up with my salt loss over long efforts.
If could offer the good people at Precision Fuel & Hydration any constructive feedback it would be to perforate the packaging for the chews to make them easier to open when hands are sweaty. I end up tearing them with my teeth like a rabid squirrel to open them up.
If you're into high quality Fuel and hydration for performance and recovery, treat yourself to these products.
I'll offer an edit to this review post race for a more complete breakdown.

PF&H is one of the only fuels and hydration solutions that don't taste too salty or too sweet for me in my opinion. The packaging and measuring (per 500ml) makes life so easy before, during and after our training or races. My husband and I don't "race" anymore but love participating and PF&H helps us after the events as well so we don't collapse into a heap at the pub... The taste is doesn't really change when they get a little warmer either.

As a wannabe triathlete who’s blown up numerous times I’ve had a consultation and sweat test with the team recently (with Stuart)and have found the process fantastic with an immense amount of knowledge shared and learnt. Having now a more in depth knowledge of hydration for the races I will be taking part in I look forward to using the products that meet the requirements from the team. Thanks again guys
