Thank you Premier Heating. The engineer you sent to replace our towel rail and to tidy up an ugly pipe installed by a British Gas Contractor was excellent. He was courteous, efficient and left everything clean and tidy. He kept us informed all the time and we would definitely use your firm again, in fact, you had already been recommended to us. I was particularly impressed with the improvements to the ugly pipe, it no longer bugs me, thank you so much as the best suggestion BG had for me was to paint it! Ref: 164672

I have had a new Boiler installed this week. The engineers were both friendly professional and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up thoroughly every evening and everything was kept tidy throughout the day. Highly recommended - had new oil boiler installed to replace 25 yr old end-of-life model with some non-standard fitting. The team were extremely helpful from start to finish, and we felt taken care of from old boiler service to new boiler quoting and admin, through to fitting and completion. Majid (our installer) was very courteous, and worked solidly for the 4-day period - he was completely transparent about everything, and left us feeling confident about the install.
