Same as the previous poster, bought prime pellets from another supplier. Pellets are poorly sized, most are far longer than any other pellets we've had. They seemed to work for a while but eventually jammed the auger and broke the gear motor. They also seem quite dusty and the bags are brittle and split very easily, literally nothing to recommend them, I would avoid in future. Very unimpressed

purchased Prime wood pellets from another company. the pellets were supposed to be EN+A1 certified but did NOT comply. many pellets were 50mm or longer and kept blocking our automatic feed.
complained and didn't even receive an apology...
if you want reliable quality, suggest you AVOID PRIME WOOD PELLETS
