I had booked two sessions with Rita to understand about why I have such fluctuations in my eating patterns. I must say she is hands down the best I have ever spoken to. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She guides her clients appropriately and is not that kind of nutritionist who completely throws one off food. She makes it comfortable and at a pace a human body can adapt to. She is kind and patient, and takes note of every single detail the client has to say. Rita is a fantastic fitness coach. She is very encouraging and is invested in my fitness and weight-loss journey. Rita has worked with me for over a year. Having had PTs before, Rita's approach brings something that is unique: her programmes and the results she achieves are sustainable. And you have fun getting there. Rita also has great interpersonal skills. As a 56 year old man I was nervous about training in a gym, but Rita listened, encouraged... and now I love going to the gym! I can honestly say the best thing I ever did was sign up with Rita as its been life-changing! If you are looking for a PT at any level and age, you really can't go wrong with Rita.

I initially contacted Rita after an injury while I was doing HIIT training. She worked with me to build up overall strength and resilience to support my recovery. Most importantly she has taught me correct form and provided me with an exercise program I could follow on my own to improve. That has made such a difference that I have decided not to go back to HIIT but instead to continue working with Rita on a personalized program that will enable me to meet my personal goals better.

Working with Rita has dramatically improved my form, general fitness, and balance. I'm learning a lot about supporting my body through injury recovery and knowing how/when to push. I'm really excited for my next phase with her.
