Incredible service every time. Not only do they always answer incredibly fast, but they are incredibly accommodating and delivery is always fast too. I rang earlier today and had a bottle of gas by the afternoon, as they never want to see you run out. Always use them now

Went to change gas bottle over, huge smell of gas, made me feel sick. Called and was here the same day with order and fixed the problem with no dramas. Have been on bottles for over 6 years and always find these helpful and a quick delivery

Avoid this company
Terrible service recently. Been using the company for years, and they have really let themselves down. Manager is extremely rude and quick to swear at you over the phone. They disconnected bottles from appliances that were still being used and had gas in. But apparently they haven’t done anything ing wrong. Do not use them. Terrible customer service!

We tried calling Pro Gas Essex (didn't realise we were calling when they were closed) yesterday (Monday) as we had ran out of a gas bottle and our delivery is normally always a Tuesday. As our gas usually lasts for a couple weeks (in this cold weather) we were fine if the bottle was to be delivered the following week and had planned to call back later today to order one.

But no Pro Gas Essex had seen we tried to call and sent out a bottle for us, so this morning (Tuesday) to our surprise we see the gas bottle van turns up with a bottle for us, we was not expecting this level of customer service and really appreciate the extra length Pro Gas Essex went to for us.

Everytime we call we get a very friendly great service from the team.

Pro Gas Essex your providing an excellent service to your customers, and we're very happy to be a customer with you. Thank you!!!

UPDATE: We’re no longer with this provider due to new agreements that we’re forced upon us, we provided feedback with many flaws / issues with the agreement, and these were not corrected, we’ve now unfortunately moved to another provider….. :/

Can’t not recommend this company enough! Called them on a sat at 8.33am as I had totally run out of gas and it’s freezing this morning . By 8.40am I had someone here with Gas to connect for me! Best service around ever can’t thank them enough and so helpful on the phone! Also cheaper than anyone else around and no charge on bottles. Thank you again so much
