Have used this company for 2 years to treat our lawn. Called them out in May to give our lawn a boost. They obviously used too strong materials which has ruined both our front and back lawn leaving the lawn burnt and bare. Despite weeks of calls and emails they are refusing to do anything to rectify this.

Further to your response, you did after many emails and phone conversations over 7 weeks , offer to come and do further work to repair our lawn at a cost of £254 .
You also advised that a different product had been used than on previous visits.
You agreed that the technician who completed the work should have advised prior to the treatment that further, more expensive corrective work would be required.
We have used your services several times previously over the last 2 years without the disastrous results that we see now.
What we requested was that our lawn be fertilised not killed.

Great service from Rory and fellow workmate when the visited us to upgrade lawn following recent scarifying and reseeding of lawns.

Professional and safe weed control. My sister and I both use Prolawn to treat our gardens twice a year. They keep me updated when they plan to visit, obviously this can change due to the weather and they reschedule. Affordable service too, would recommend.

Prolawn have provided a great service to me for many years. They spray my driveway and pathways twice a year to prevent weeds. l am always so grateful that l no longer needs to get a sore back weeding or spend a fortune on weedkiller sprays that don't work. They always do a great job and l have recommended them to many people. A great company.

UPDATE
A return visit is scheduled for tomorrow for reseeding and raking out of any moss beforehand.

Perhaps my expectations have been unreasonable regards results following treatment, scarifying and seeding almost 5 weeks ago. Despite following the aftercare instructions there is poor growth with a large amount of moss still visible, some of which is dead. Areas are completely bald. I had expected a return visit by now (2 or 3 weeks after treatment is stated) but on contacting the team during week 5 I’ve been instructed to continue with watering daily for a further 2 weeks and they will visit again after 2 weeks. So let me just clarify, no return visit proposed until after almost 7 weeks. I’m deeply disappointed and sadly regret making full payment before reviewing the results. Awaiting a call from the technical person.

Many thanks to Martin and his team. If we could…. we would give them 10 stars!! From day one we have had excellent service. Came when they said they would….did what they said they would do….and all workers a credit to Pro Lawn. Brushed up… cleaned up… Brilliant!!! We are absolutely delighted with the transformation of our lawns. We are now signing up for the annual care package which we think is excellent value for all the treatments Pro Lawn will administer over the next twelve months. Again…thank you Martin and team.

I would like to let Barry Goudie know that I am absolutely thrilled with the result of the aeration and scarifying treatment he gave my lawns on the 4th June. In particular the rear lawn was in a really bad way but now looks very healthy. I think also the regular rain over this past fortnight has been a factor. Pro lawn has been treating my lawns for more than ten years and I can say that this year the scarifying appears to me to have been most effective.

First time using this type of service. Prolawn has visited the garden informed me of the options and what benifits each service can offer, very helpful. The first treatment of weed killer etc was evident after 2 days, really looking forward to seeing the transformation of the lawn.
