This was the best automotive repair experience I’ve ever had. I visited Pro Trans Plus concerned that my transmission was having serious problems. I was greeted by the owners Jeff who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I described the issues and then Jeff and myself hopped in my truck for a diagnostic test drive session. Jeff walked me through everything, explaining error codes and what he was listening for and checking while we drove around. It couldn’t have been more than 5 minutes before Jeff instantly knew what the problem was, a faulty fan clutch which made the truck incredibly loud. We continued our test drive checking for any other signs of fault before heading back to the shop where Jeff told me if the part was in stock that he could likely have my truck fixed (and running quietly) by the end of the day. Obviously not every repair can happen that quickly by I was extremely impressed at just how expedient he was. What really sets Jeff and Pro Trans Plus apart is that they know their stuff and are very honest. I was expecting to have to replace a transmission but Jeff was able to fix my problem without trying to sell me a whole new transmission which can happen at other repair shops. When I picked my truck up at the end of the day Jeff even took the time to show me the old bad part and explained how it worked which I really appreciated. I highly recommend if you need any transmission work done (or think you do as was my case) that you give Pro Trans Plus your business. I will definitely be a repeat customer with the experience I had.

Jeff was amazing. I took in my 2000 F450 that was not going into gear. He was able to show step by step on how a transmission works and how he would repair it. Jeff is very knowledgeable on his trade and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I ended up having Jeff redo the transmission with heavy duty gearing so I can push the transmission harder. Over all had a great experience and my truck is running strong. After speaking with Jeff about my transmission I felt confident he was the mechanic for me. Eventhough he had a backed up workload I didn't want anyone else to do the work. So I waited about three weeks for my appointment. So happy I did.... Jeff is fantastic! He explained everything thoroughly. He is very professional, ethical and honest. He even completed the work a few days earlier. When I went to pick up my car he showed me all the parts he replaced and again explained the procedure.
