My partner emailed the company during the week to see if we could buy a bottled gas ad had email from company to say we could and to contact them today to pay and make arrangements to collect. We phoned the company today and originally they said they didn't have any but when we queried this the man said they would phone back to confirm. Within 5 minutes he phoned back and said they had a gas bottle to sell us and there was no problem. We arrived approx. 1hr later after driving 25 miles (Covid 19 meant there were no gas bottles available nearer to home) to be rudely told they didn't have a gas bottle to sell us!! When we explained the above events the man didn't seem interested and was very rude basically saying "tough!!" At times this man appeared to have an attitude problem bordering on being a bit aggressive. We had to ask to have our card details given back to us as they had written these down ready to take payment. Altogether a terrible level of service and not a company we will be using or recommending.
