I had a small problem with the external siren on my Curve alarm system, the response and service that I have received had been second to none.
The spare part was received within 24 hours at no cost. Lessi was so helpful many many companies could learn a lot about customer service from her.
I will definitely use them in the future.

I replaced my old iphone with a new model and the curv smart app for my Gen2 smart camera doorbell, would not load or transfer across whatever I tried. I contacted Curv smart and Lessi was very patient and guided me through the process which was not easy. Lessi was great, knew her stuff and more importantly got me up and running using several paths until I triumphed. Thank you Lessi !!

Right, so Project-Curv have without doubt the best wireless alarm system created, as a wholesaler I need quality and efficiency and these guys deliver. So, on the very rare occasion something goes wrong, they have a secret weapon in the form of Alessandra Conti, AKA Wonder Woman. New parts are expediently sent out and full instructions (both written and in the form of a power point) are provided. Great products and excellent service and after care. I will recommend this company to everyone

Very pleased with our Curv infrared radiator, works great and kicks out plenty of heat. Interface app works well and all easy to control and set up. Also sync's and works with the Smart Life app which is a great bonus. Tutorial videos and instructions sent through from the customer service team are straight forward and easy to follow. Highly recommend this product/brand.
Can't praise the customer service support and assistance from the team at Curv & Alessandra Conti enough, just superb, customer focused and quick resolution. In fact, on the 2 occasions I've needed some assistance cant fault the support that's been received.

Our IR radiator is around 4 years and recently the linked thermostat stopped working/syncing, although the rad itself worked fine with the app still. Everything was quickly dealt with and resolved by the Curv support team & new thermostat was sent on a next day delivery. 10/10 in my book.
