The engineers are hard workers and are as tidy as they can be. The workmanship is very good. The system they put in is very quiet.
I was a little disappointed in the hand over, not fully understanding how our new system worked. Things like the water heater is totally independent of the heating. How to set up the timer for the heating. The engineers were too eager to leave, before the electrician had fully completed his job. So they never tested the system. We had a water leak in the cabinet, luckily the electrician fixed it. The radiator in the living room didn’t heat up. They didn’t come back until nearly a week later, they had not turned something on.
I am pleased with my heating, now I have all the information on it that I need. It’s frustrating when you invest in something like this, and you feel that you have made the wrong decision.
So I would have given 5 stars, but the handover and the speed or lack of it to fix the radiator, spoiled it.

Very poor company! Was told the air source heating would communicate with my solar panels making it cheaper to run, but it doesn’t. I also Wasn’t happy with the work carried out, but I had a man from the office ring me to say I needed to sign that I was happy with the install, and when I told him I wasn’t happy and didn’t want to sign he said it wasn’t to do with the finance. Like an idiot I signed it, they got paid and I don’t even know how to use the equipment properly. Another problem I was having for the first few weeks was ‘low flow’ which is when debris going around the system keeps blocking a filter, which I had to keep going in the loft to clean out. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Not one for leaving bad reviews usually but unfortunately we have not had a good expirence with this company.
* poor communication - we were told that this was being fitted to the wall on the back of property and the day before Installation we were informed it couldn't and that we was required to dig a trench in the garden ourselves. This did not happen and they sent someone out to do it.
* We had a leak on one of the radiators once the electricians had finished, which they had noticed which resulted in having to wait in the property untill half 10 at night for them to return and fix the issue. This was because the staff were in a rush to leave. In addition to the next point. We had no lights upstairs.
* During the installation, a wire had been snapped and resulted in the upstairs and loft having no lights for A WEEK!.. We were told it might be old wiring or a pre existing issue. This is incorrect we did not have a problem before and advised that we should get another electrician to find the problem. We did this at our own expense and advised we would be reimbursed. We have since been told by the company they haven't done it and won't pay out for the damage and expense which it's obvious they have.

* Removal and damage disposal of our belongings.
* No quality checks, warrenty or books signed
* Rubbish Left outside and ignored by management when asking for this to be removed.
*Carpets not put back.
*Pipes put in places we asked to be avoided.

We have only asked for reimbursement of the cost of the electrician, not the other damage done to the house which we have also had to pay to fix / rectify

The system does work, but noone has shown us how to use it properly other than the thermostat. The company are good at trying to sell you the product and the builders, plumbers etc are polite. But overall unhappy with the service and would not recommend.

Billy and Curtis, both electrician's held the companies quality of work ethos in high esteem. They were professional, hard working, clean and obliging work personnel, well done lads!

We had a really excellent experience with this company. Jo the sales rep came round to see us and explained everything in detail about how it would be done and how long it would take. We then signed to let Russ come and do a survey of our property which takes about 2 hours, everything was explained the why’s and the how’s and if we needed any radiators upgrading. We the proceeded with the fitting of the equipment approximately a week later. The guys that came to do the fitting were absolutely top notch jo and the boys not forgetting Martin the sparky were a real pleasure and would have no hesitation in inviting any of the back into our home. The office staff are really helpful and any questions you have they will answer. The ladies I myself have spoken to have been really polite and understanding with my questions etc, help is only a phone call away and I can’t thank all of them enough for our new heating system which is working perfectly. If you are thinking of replacing an old boiler I would highly recommend this company to fit a new heat source pump. Best thing we have done as we no longer have gas fitted to our home.
Just an update as we have had the system for a few months now. What a difference. Our home is always at 20 degrees. We have constant hot water and it is no more than the gas bill we used to pay, in-fact it is slightly lower than what we used to pay for our gas.
So all in all a good decision and I would highly recommend it.

Great Service and installation work, (completed in a day!) however, some of their engineer staff are not so friendly, refused to talk with my wife!
Also, the scaffolding company they used were unhelpful and damaged quite a few roof tiles! ( This is still being resolved!!)

Aweful experience and so pleased I did my homework and then trusted my instinct that when a company is trying to Hard sell and push for Installation and then renague on a deal and back track on the proposal etc then what a let off that i didn't go ahead !! , Warning Beware !!!!

If I could give minus stars I would. From the top Russell Steelyard to the bottom. Just proves you can give yourself a fancy name and subcontract "cowboys".
