The whole process from start to finish has been about 3 months.

From initial survey to fitting of panels and equipment.

The staff who came to fit it couldn’t have been any better. Happy to talk about installation and how best to fit it and even managed to tidy up the fitting of the panels so that they looked better on the roof.

Staff arrived early to beat the heat of the day and were completely finished by 2.30pm.

Staff at project solar office have been brilliant and have kept me informed throughout the process. I could not recommend more how satisfied I am about the whole process.

Following installation not a scrap of rubbish left behind 100% professional.

System included 18 panels and solar edge and 12.3 kWh battery

My total experience with Project Solar UK has been absolutely brilliant. From the first time I met the salesman in my home to the day my solar panels were fitted was a perfect experience. Project Solar was prompt in setting up an appointment with me to discuss the install.

The actual install was set for just 2 weeks after I initially called them, and the guys came early and told me the plan for the entire day as well as what the challenges could be, mainly getting cabling from the panels to my electric meter.

They were done within 6 hours and took all the rubbish and cleaned up all the dirt, offering to hoover too.

Very clean install with professional who knew what they were doing and left the property having shown me how to use the integrated app to monitor the system.

They even changed a few broken tiles for me and patched one that couldn't be replaced.

I am very happy with this install and would highly recommend anyone to use Project Solar for their own PV install.

Was exciting!
The scaffolding company arrived, installed and removed, in the most professional and timely manner, I was so grateful.

The installers were professional, informative and very helpful.
They explained all of our queries and more.
I felt relieved and secure throughout the process.

AFTER INSTALLATION
We were paying massively less to the solar company for the purchase of the solar panels, over an agreed period, than what we pay to the energy company, for our energy. Also, are in credit with the energy company from what we have sold back.

We contacted project solar with a view to solar energy. Brett our surveyor arrived on time and spent plenty of time explaining everything to us. I deal with a lot of sales people in my day to day job but never felt pressured at any point. A date was arranged for scaffolding and 10 days later the Scaffolding went up on time and without any issues, disruption or damage to the property.
Fitters arrived before 8 am the following day, consisting of a group of 4 young chaps who had driven up from Plymouth to somerset. After a quick survey of the building they commenced work. By 2 pm the 12 panels, inverter, battery and all relevant wiring had been completed. By 3pm the install had been commissioned and the app explained to us. Not one shred of mess left by the team( only a sink full of empty mugs?).
The Devon and Cornwall electrical team were a credit to their company, polite, courteous and a liking for a hot beverage and cookies. They even found time to make a fuss of our over friendly boxer who was fascinated with them all.
All in all i cannot find fault from start to finish. We have noticed a dramatic drop in grid usage on our smart meter which is good to see.
Would recommend Project Solar to anyone who is considering a Pv installation but is having doubts as everything is taken care of.

Having researched and decided I wanted to put solar panels on my house to reduce electricity costs, I contacted Project Solar UK. I was called back very quickly by a fantastic salesperson who explained everything but did not do any pressure selling. I had time to do further research consider the options and make a decision to proceed. The workmen who installed the solar panels and battery did a fabulous job. They were courteous punctual and cleaned up after installing the system. Highly recommended.
