Unfortunately the quality control is not great. My company ordered a large batch of keyrings and the word “solutions” was misspelled as “solutuons”. Given that spell checking is a common tool used in many software packages this is very disappointing. We now have a large number of keyrings that cannot be used. It is very difficult to imagine that this mistake was not identified in the production phase. Prior to receiving the keyrings we also had to inform the supplier that they had been paid and for them to ship the items.

Very poor experience with this company. I ordered a large number of keyrings from Promos Central on behalf of my company and was very disappointed to discover that the name of my business had been misspelled on the keyrings. This is despite having provided Promos with correctly spelled information. The fact that the error was clearly introduced by a member of the Promos team and not spotted prior to production shows a lack of quality control in this business. Despite the fault clearly lying with Promos, we have been refused a refund and have therefore been left out of pocket with a large number of unusable keyrings. I would strongly advise anyone who reads this review to avoid doing business with this company.

We ordered some lanyards from Promos Central which we needed for an event and we advised the date that we needed them by and this was agreed and the invoice paid in advance.
The date they should have arrived came and went and I called up the day after as they had still not arrived and was told that they were to be sent out that day. I was told I would be sent the tracking number shortly which never happened.
The lanyards eventually arrived 2 days late and I was never sent the tracking number and at no point did we even get an apology for missing the event.
