I'd give -10 if i could. Cancelled our contract in writing 1st May 2024 - had an acknowledgement from them that they received the cancellation and were sorry that we wished to cancel, also stated that our contract rolled over to Jan 2025 which was paid in full up to and including Jan 2025 and yet here we are still getting invoices every month and account overdue reminders in Sept 2025!!!!. I can't say how many times i have phoned - to be told... Yes its on your account to cancel but we are a year behind with the paperwork!!! Seriously

Called multiple times telling my office staff that they can collect my oil (cleverly making out they usually do it) Quoted £49.95 + VAT.
Turns out they were not our usual company, and charged us just over £100. claiming the extra fee is for legal purposes. I have tried 4 times to speak to someone about it, no one gets back to you but then they send you a reminder of unpaid invoice.
Pure clean customer service is shocking and I would never recommend them to anyone! Theives!

This company called 3 times in 5 minutes trying to push their services even though I had requested after the second call to be removed from their unsolicited sales call list. Being registered with the telephone preference service I shouldn't have even had a call in the first place.

Stay away!!! They are scammers!!! They trick you into signing a contract that is different to what they quoted you on the phone then you can’t get hold of anyone, get empty promises and lies after lies and they just keep billing you when you have already sent them a cancellation requests. They are like cancer you just can’t get rid of them!

please stay away from this company as they pure scammers, been ringing them to dont renew contract, to cancel the contract because company become dormant ages ago, and they still sending invoices. I made numerous calls regarding this. And no reply they just do what ever they want.

I have used this company for many years and don,t want swap to another if I can help it, but we had to ring them many times to pick up our waste products even though they are under contract and take a direct debit each month. When there eventually came to take our waste oil they said it had a high level of fuel contamination which was not true. Any excuse may be its because they cannot get rid of any engine oil as the crude oil price is now low. Very dissatisfied.
