Our Solar installation was carried out by Pure Energy mid January and now it has had some long term testing I can say they did an absolutely brilliant job.

Sales Rep Andy was very friendly and knew solar well, he recommended a great setup for our needs. The install team of Mike and John'o were great with Arron doing a fantastic job of final commissioning and setup.

Louise and the others in the head office kept us up to date including contacting the national grid for some changes we needed to feed in.

Overall a very happy customer and happy to recommend.

Hi Like to say thanks to Louise Peters and her team for the smooth Installation of a 18 solar panel system with 13Kw of Growatt battery storage over 1/1/2 days Just waiting for paperwork to be processed. Now deciding whether to add another 6.5Kw's of battery or not?
I'm pleased with the first days power generation of 7.1Kw already today and the time is only 13:00

Would like to say a big thank you to the whole team at Pure Energy in adding the third battery so quickly taking my storage up to 19.5Kw. The whole team from Louise running the project, to the tech support team and not least the to guys who did the two installation have been fantastic from start to finish in answering all my queries concerns.

We had been thinking for quite a while about getting solar panels with batteries. From the moment we phoned Pure Energy until Mike Sheppard helped us to change energy suppliers to Octopus everyone at PE has been very helpful and friendly. The whole process has been a joy. Mike Sheppard guided us through what we would need, Louise was always helpful. The installation of panels, inverter etc. was done cleanly and efficiently. Thanks everyone at PE for a great job.

For those looking for the short version , I can confidently recommend Pure-Energy for all solar PV related projects to my friends and family. 🙂

Harry (Owner) and Daniel (Manager) displayed great levels of interest in my project right from get go. Both, Harry and Dan, spent numerous hours over emails and phone calls very patiently answering my questions, understanding my requirements and provided me with some excellent feedback that eventually led me to confirming an all SolarEdge based solar PV system. I must also compliment their excellent support staff and other members within their various departments that promptly and very professionally managed all the necessary paperwork well in time which ensured that my installation commenced on the promised date. At no point did I feel the pressure of a sales pitch while I took my time reviewing my wish list vs requirements vs pricing. This is a clear indicator of a company that is confident of their service, quality and customer base.

The installation team onsite were professional, polite and considerate enough to ensure the installation was clean and aesthetically pleasing. There were a couple of instances where I had to ask them to re-arrange some of the panels and cabling. In both cases, they were promptly acknowledged and actioned. The team also ensure to clear away packaging materials and left the garage/work area clear before finishing for the day.

Both, Dan and Harry spent couple of days onsite overseeing works and patiently answering all of my queries and concerns. Harry was also able to quickly install a SolarEdge hot water diverter unit in my loft and brought all of the systems online without any downtime or delays.

Whilst I have not awarded Pure-Energy a perfect 5 star score, I would have rated them 4.5/5 if google reviews offered that as an option. The reason for holding back from awarding a perfect score is that there is still room for improvements in terms of aesthetics and final finish. Harry and Dan were happy to receive my feedback with right spirit and approach.

I am now on Pure-Energy’s waiting list for an EV charger from SolarEdge. I am confident that Harry and team are keen to get that installed upon arrival of stock which would complete the installation of an all SolarEdge PV, Battery, Hot Water Diverter and EV charger system.
