I want to express my thanks to Natasha from Pure NRG Nutrition, for helping me get back on track with my health.

Over the past year, I realised my eating habits weren't the best—I often missed meals and chose the wrong foods at the wrong times. I knew I needed to make a change but kept putting it off.

After a recent 1-2-1 session with Natasha, I decided to join the Pure NRG Nutrition Club, especially after discovering how affordable it is and everything it offers. I was pleasantly surprised by the value.

The accountability has made a significant difference for me. I'm now attending the Breakfast Club regularly and not only eating the right number of meals but also fueling my body with the right, nutritious foods in order for me to achieve my goal.

Natasha and her team have a wealth of knowledge to help a person to start and maintain a sustainable way to get healthy.
The 4 weekly club meetings are a great way to meet others on a similar journey while going through food diaries and getting advice on adjustments which can be made...easily. Thank you for showing me the way!

She was very reassuring; she was kind; relaxed and explained everything Natasha went far and beyond with the whole situation she also gave us advice that some doctors forget to mention

Natasha did an allergy test for my son and she was very engaging and kind with him. She went through the results thoroughly and making the dietry changes has really helped him feel better. She’s also offered support should we need it in making those changes which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend her!

Natasha has really had her work cut out for her with me! I’m old school and of an age that’s hard to change habits of a life time, but some how she has managed to change my diet and all for the better.
