couldn’t believe how easy it was to switch my energy suppliers, I rang up and the agent I spoke with took some basic details and gave me a couple of cost saving options, the agent explained how each supplier offers different services and we chose the right one for us, fantastic service.

What I like most about Pure Energy was their problem solving ability, Steve spent the time to resolve a metering problem that has plagued us since we moved in which prevented us from switching our energy supplier for better prices.

This man is a thief and a conman. This man faked his relationships and credentials and has stolen over £11k from us for solar panels and hot water heating system that has never materialised. Be very wary of this man and never ever hand over any money to him.

I had been with Utility Warehouse for years, I always thought having everything bundled together meant I was receiving the best available services but having spoken to Pure Energy Solutions and I realised I had been paying way more than I should be, Pure Energy saved me £729 on my home energy bills, I couldn’t recommend their services enough, everything was easy, simple and efficient.
