Purelec have been excellent from the initial contact through to the installation of the battery and the solar panels.
They were the only ones who came out to the house to discuss with us our requirements, they gave us realistic timelines of when they expected the work to be done. They were flexible when we had decided that we wanted to refit our roof prior to the installation and were able to coordinate with the roofers for the bracket installation. There was constant communications between ourselves and Purelec. The team that attended our house were polite and respectful. They completed the installation with minimum fuss and disruption to our home. Roll on the power generation.

Purelec came recommended by a friend. Ross was led on the initial chat - really friendly and made the topic accessible, and did lots of hard work coming up with various iterations on a design that hit the sweet spot between cost and performance we were looking for, all with really nice attention to details from the outset (such as where to put all kit, how to run the cables, using optimisers to reduce impact of shade etc).

They handled all the communication with subcontractors and (very importantly) the DNO and got our installation approved without a hitch.
Installation itself was smooth and painless - both the scaffolding contractors engaged by Purelec and the Purelec team themselves were a pleasure to have around. Tidy, polite, and did good quick work.

Would recommend without doubt.

We, at Baildon Methodist Church, as part of a roof replacement project had a large (40kWp) Solar Panels fitted. From enquiry stage, through a few iterations of solutions, Purelec were attentive to our needs, made some very good recommendations and generally filled us with confidence. This confidence wasn't misplaced. They worked well with our chosen roofer, the equipment was installed without fuss and within our project plan. The equipment looks and performs brilliantly. We wanted solar panels fitting as part of a house renovation, and we contacted Purelec after they did a great job on my parents house. The panels were inset into our new roof and look great, the battery and invertor were installed in our loft and the work was incredibly neat and tidy. We hope to be selling our excess energy in the near future!!

We had a solar array, battery and car charger installed by PureLec. Service was great. I chose them because they considered the full design and how it would work best in our home. They also presented a range of options and came up with a cohesive design. There was a lead time on the install whilst approvals came through from the council, but after this, install was arranged very quickly. Site team were great, worked hard and completed the install to a high standard. Our array has worked very efficiently since, with no issues. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Gave a fantastic service of installing solar panels, Tesla Powerwall battery & Zappi car charger at our home. The work in the garage was exceptionally tidy and the panels are neatly installed on the roof. Would highly recommend.
