Another informative and insightful session from Mark who hosted an event for us this week on The recruitment and retention remedy.

The session was well timed, punchy and packed with lots of helpful information on.

Starting with the recruitment process and induction into your business Mark took us through the type of adverts that appeal to candidates and things we often forget when onboarding, which are so important.

How to understand what employees really want and how to make small changes that you may not realise you need to help you keep them!

Mark has a great way of delivering content keeping everyone engaged and participating. Always enjoy speaking with him.

Good session took away lots of tips and will be putting them into practice.

Worth attending one of Marks workshops or sessions if you get a chance!

As far as recruitment goes thinking outside the box is definitely the future to make roles more appealing to the audience rather than just the usual bog standard advertisements.
