Overall a good service. They came to do the survey even though I’d told the salesperson I would be on holiday, but he just posted his sketch that I had to sign and return. I had no amendments so everything was fine. They cancelled my initial install date which was a little frustrating, but everything worked well on the day. Quick, neat and tidy, and up and running in less than an hour. My hub is a distance away from the socket so they left me a longer cable which was good. Engineers are polite and knowledgeable and get the work done quickly.

This is the third fibre broadband line I’ve had installed recently by the engineers from Quickline. This wasn’t quite so straight forward as the jobs at my other properties because a cherry picker was needed to reach parts of the building with difficult access and then a lot of cabling was needed which required careful routing.

Lewis H and Karl H achieved this quickly and efficiently without any problem at all. I was impressed by their enthusiasm, their friendliness and their polite and helpful attitude. And so far, I am vey pleased by the excellent service I’ve received from Quickline and I’m delighted with the product supplied.

Keep the company local, don’t grow too quickly because what separates you from other suppliers is the exemplary customer service and the professionalism of your staff. Both engineers are a credit to you.

Installation team were great and very tidy.
The service is faster than Sky broadband.
Only slight problem I can no longer get WiFi in the garden unless I move the hub from its usual site.
The customer service team were also efficient when I called them.

The engineer that came round was fantastic, he stayed until it was properly installed. My experience with the broadband is good too. It was up and down a little to start with, but has been stable and fast for weeks. Altogether a great choice.

We just moved house into an unfamiliar area so I did some research before going with Quickline.
Out of all the providers Quickline were the only ones to provide to the door Fibre Broadband.
We decided to give them a try and have to say been faultless in the 2 months we have had it.
Smooth installation no hassle came as arranged.
We even received a £200 voucher .
All in all a 5 stars from me cannot fault them.

Quickline is the best broadband service out there. Very efficient staff who answer quickly any queries you may have about anything in their service. Their broadband is fabulous, averaging about 180 to 200 Mbps download speeds and matching that in upload speed. For the amount I'm paying this is amazing and No price increases for the 24 month contract. Don't bother with other providers, Quickline is the one! Call them straight away.

7 months after applying for service I am still waiting for anything to happen. There is one of their own installed connection points right outside my building. At this rate, it will rust away before it gets used.

I can honestly say that Quickline is the worst and most incompetent company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

I was contacted by Quickline in early August as I had previously expressed an interest in their service. I placed an order and an installation date was booked. So far so good. The engineer (I use the term engineer in the loosest possible terms) turned up on the due day and he simply could not be bothered to carry out the installation.

He left with the work undone and promptly cancelled my order.

To add insult to injury they even sent a salesman to my door last night to try and sign me up! Idiots!

I've contacted Quickline a couple of times since, voicemail goes unreturned, emails go unanswered. They are a communications company!!

Today I got through to their call centre in the hope of speaking to someone who actually knows what's happening at Quickline, guess what? No such person exists.

My advice if you are reading this. Find a service provider who understands the value of customer service. There a plenty around and Quickline is definitely not one of them.
