Rob and Jack installed our new combi boiler into a new location upstairs before our kitchen refurbishment began. The communication was excellent from the initial visit to scope out the work through to completion. They were spotless throughout their work here aswell!
We're extremely happy with the new boiler and would certainly use again for any plumbing needs!

Rob serviced our old gas boiler efficiently and safely. He was neat and tidy. As it is coming to the end of its life, he explained the future options to me as well but there was no pressure to buy. We moved home recently and contacted Rob regarding changing the plumbing in the utility room, servicing the boiler and stopping a leak in a showerhead. Rob and Jack were quick to come round and confirm that the pipework could be resited and completed the works ahead of schedule. A friend of ours in the trade said he had never seen such neat pipework. The boiler was serviced without any issues. This left the leaking showerhead. It should have been a simple matter of changing a valve in the cartridge. Despite hours of contact with Rob, the manufacturer and the dealership couldn't get their act together to supply the correct part, and even went as far as to say it wasn't theirs. Rob, however, was not going to let it beat him. It took a while but he found a solution to the problem and we now have a showerhead as good as new, saving us a considerable amount of money. Rob and Jack are really pleasant plumbers to have around, polite and trustworthy, and most importantly excellent workmen. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great service from Rob and Jack. They changed an unvented cylinder which had failed after 20yrs. The job was a bit fiddly but they installed the new cylinder and adjusted the pipework to accommodate. They also came back to sort out a noisy valve. We couldn't have asked for better service, and the communication throughout was great. Five star service and highly recommended.

Had an issue with my outside tap which was leaking into my garage. Rob came out the next day and despite the job being more complex than we initially thought, he sorted the leak and replaced a section of pipework to a high standard. Very pleased with the work carried out.
