Radiant Heating installed our air source heat pump and hot water system for a new build house and were great throughout. Kept us informed and turned up when they said they would. Disappointed overall. Several problems in the first 12 months of ownership, and now my system requires a significant update to improve its efficiency. They offered to charge me for this privilege, which I declined.

Lack of ownership of the problems means that I will be looking elsewhere for support.

Radiant Heating Solutions Ltd installed the Air Source Heat Pump/underfloor heating into our new extension. Along with servicing of the system, they've also assisted us with other time-worn items on our original ASHP system. Harry has always been great at keeping in touch at all times and James and A N Other engineer who visited were very knowledgeable, explains things well where necessary and always polite.

Having brought a house with a Samsung heat source pump and having no instructions, meant that we didn’t really understand the complex system! Our service engineer James was absolutely superb. He gave us full guidance and reassurance of how to use this system after struggling for over two years! His knowledge and guidance was greatly appreciated! He was professional and courteous giving recommendations, without any pressure to instruct further work! Would definitely be using this company again!
