Just before moving to sell an inherited house I had issues with a boiler failure followed by a water cylinder valve failure. The pressure was on! I contacted Radiate Plumbing & heating Services Ltd and they really stepped up to solve the issues within the deadlines we faced. All the HQ team (Gemma, David & Ryan) were helpful, understanding and friendly. In addition Lee (the engineer in the field) really went above and beyond to solve the issues. I really couldn't have asked for more. I am not easily impressed but this time I was! Try them, I did and was not disappointed.

We can’t speak highly enough of Radiate plumbing. Elliot came to fix our broken water pipes in our bathroom and did an extremely good job. He knew what he was doing, he worked quickly and efficiently and was very clean and tidy. We will certainly use this company again.

Radiate did all of the plumbing for our apartment and fitted our air source heat pump (w/ the Dan Cold team). They submitted a competitive quote and David was extremely helpful, particularly as we worked through the technical details of installing the heat pump and the new heating system. He was also generous and flexible when we had to deal with the government's dysfunctional Green Homes Grant scheme. David has a young and able team - Jack and Cess solved a few tricky plumbing challenges as we moved the kitchen and water tank layout around, and Luke was always responsive with queries. David and the Radiate team were very responsive in liaising and coordinating with the building contractor (Build Care Plus) and electrician MS Electrical). I highly recommend Radiate.
