My family has been going here for nearly 50 years and it's been great the whole time. Highly recommend Ralph's - which is now run by Tom, Greg etc and still has the same high standards and fair prices. They have always done their best for us and are highly trustworthy, Lakewood is lucky to have them around.

Replaced the front struts and lower control arms on a 2008 Grand Cherokee and had a great experience. Dropped it off around 815am and had it back by 3pm with no issues. Greg was pleasant to work with. Thanks again.

I’ve had two Corvettes that Tom has evaluated. He provided great service and communication on the status of the cars. I ended up purchasing one. He did a great job.

Recently got a quote for my truck from these guys & there quote for the repairs I needed was over $1,600 more than what I got it repaired for!!
Do yourself a solid & get a second or third opinion before getting work done at Ralph’s or the cost might just make you Ralph!!

Owner seems to be a very rude individual. I am a stickler for a business at least seeming as though they want my business. Yuck.

Ralph’s got me in for same day service after I had my car towed there. I had never been there before and appreciated how fast they were able to take care of my car. You know good people are taking care of you when you see a doggo hanging in the lobby. 🙂

We brought our truck into Tom due to a broken differential. We ended coming back three times because everytime we came to pick our truck up, they would tell us it was good to go- we’d get on the road and we’d hear metal on metal or our transmission sounded like an airplane. When doing research, each time something new was broken that could be super dangerous to drive on. They let us leave both times, claiming our car was good. New things, that weren’t broken before broke down after leaving there shop. Tom is a great guy, super easy to talk to and work with. But we don’t trust his system of making sure cars are actually fixed or the guys that work for him. As a mechanic, it’s your job to make sure you’re not sending your clients back on the road in a broken car, especially two times in a row.
