I initially chose Randy’s because of their great online reviews. Finding a trustworthy mechanic can be challenging, and I was hopeful based on what I read. They treated me respectfully and followed up on several things, which I appreciated. However, my experience took a concerning turn.

They claimed my truck had a major issue that would cost over $6,500 to fix, involving a supposedly cracked part that required removing the engine to inspect. However, they didn’t have my truck long enough to remove the engine and verify this claim.

Seeking a second opinion, I took my truck to another mechanic, who quickly identified a completely different issue causing the leak. The actual repair cost was only $90 for the part and about $250 total for the visit.

While the team at Randy’s may come across as warm and friendly, I urge others to be cautious. Their charm might be a tactic to gain your trust and, ultimately, your money.

I dropped my Outback off at Randy's after it started overheating on the side of the highway while traveling; despite the after-hours holiday weekend dropoff and some missing details on my envelope, they were able to promptly inspect and diagnose my car within the week. After discussing repair options and costs (with plenty of patience from Carlos and Jenn both), Randy's was able to connect me with a tow-away auto salvage company when I decided to part ways with my vehicle. All in all I felt appreciated and taken care of throughout the whole experience.

I would recommend Randy's to anyone needing maintenance or repair. When everyone else in the area quoted me two to four MONTHS to replace my muffler and inspect the rear end, Randy's got it done in less than two DAYS. They're also the most affordable in the area. Their competitors down the street quoted me $20k without even looking at the vehicle. I won't go anywhere else in Colorado going forward. They definitely understand the importance of transportation and aren't taking advantage of drivers who are already down bad.

My partner and I have used Randy's auto since we moved to Broomfield and we couldn't be happier with their services. The owner/staff are always honest about what our vehicles need or do not need. It is incredibly nice to have a mechanic nearby that I can trust. We've been using their services for several years now and have not once ever felt like they were trying to rip us off or recommended services that weren't actually needed.

This is the first time going to Randy's and the experience was very positive. They did a superb job on servicing the brakes and changing the cvt fluid on our 2017 Subaru forester. We will definitely be going back for future servicing and repairs. We will recommend to our friends.?

If Randy's Auto Service isn't your 'go to' repair shop, it should be!
We're from outside of town and were here to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family.
Unfortunately, my car kissed a curb, damaging the control arm and ruining a wheel and tire; leaving the car non-drivable.
We called Randy's and Carlos kindly referred us to a great towing service.
The next day Randy's analyzed the damage, found all the necessary parts, and had the job completely finished one hour before they closed.
I was, truthfully, blown away! Fast, efficient, courteous, and reasonable doesn't begin to describe this shop. A 'jewel' in Broomfield! Highly recommended. I'd give it 10 ? stars if I could.

After going to Honda at 104th and told I needed work done that would cost $3,000, I found Randy’s. Honda did not take the time to see the real problem and Randy’s did. I had an oil leak and Randy’s was able to see the problem, fix it and not rip me off. Great service! I will definitely be taking my Honda back there. Carlos was amazing !
